Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and PagePull ("we", "us") covering the PagePull Chrome extension, the pagepull.app website, and our extraction service. By installing the extension or using the service you accept them. If you use PagePull on behalf of a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. What PagePull is

PagePull is a browser extension that extracts structured data from web pages you open, at your request, using AI models, and can re-check those pages on a schedule and alert you to changes. Extraction quality depends on the page and on the AI model's output; like all AI-produced results, extracted data can contain mistakes and you should verify it before relying on it.

3. Plans, orders and billing

• Free plan — a monthly allowance of extractions (currently 25 per month) at no charge, no card required.
• Pro plan — a paid monthly subscription (currently $15/month for 500 extractions per month). The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Current prices and allowances are always shown on pagepull.app and inside the extension. If we change them, changes apply from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance.
• Allowances are a fair-use cap on our AI costs. Unused extractions do not roll over. Allowances are per person and may not be shared, pooled, or resold.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: your purchase and payment details are handled by Paddle, your invoice comes from Paddle, and applicable VAT or sales tax is collected by Paddle. Paddle's buyer terms are at paddle.com/legal. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Bring-your-own-key mode

Instead of a PagePull plan, you may use the extension with your own Anthropic API key. In that mode your requests go directly from your browser to Anthropic under your agreement with Anthropic; Anthropic bills you for usage, and those charges are not ours and cannot be refunded by us. Your key is stored only on your device.

5. Acceptable use

PagePull extracts pages that you can already see in your browser, at your explicit request. You agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you are responsible for:

• complying with the terms of service, robots and automation policies of the websites you extract data from;
• complying with the laws that apply to you when collecting data — including privacy and data-protection law when the data relates to people;
• not using PagePull to gain access to content you are not authorised to view, to circumvent technical access controls, or to disrupt a website's operation;
• not using extracted data for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate service for abuse of these rules or of the allowance system.

6. Your data

The tables you extract are yours. We do not store your page content or results; what little we do process is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Websites change, and a page that extracted well yesterday may extract poorly tomorrow. We may add, change, or retire features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.

8. Disclaimer

PagePull is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that extracted data is accurate, complete, or fit for any specific use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of PagePull. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using PagePull at any time; uninstalling the extension deletes its local data. You can cancel a subscription as described in the Refund Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with refunds for unused paid time where the breach is not yours.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page will be updated, and material changes will be announced in the extension's release notes before they take effect. Continuing to use PagePull after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without affecting any consumer protections that the law of your country of residence grants you and that cannot be waived. Your purchase itself is additionally subject to Paddle's buyer terms, as Paddle is the merchant of record.
